    • Part 3: The Pinky Road: Wally Cummings on Healing Cancer Outside the System
      Feb 2 2026

Today’s guest is Wally Cummings, and her story is a reminder that sometimes it takes everything falling apart for things to finally click into place.

Wally was diagnosed in 2018 with a poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the tonsil. After months of being told it was “just a cyst,” the diagnosis came fast—and so did the fear.

And Wally did something most people are told not to do.

      She walked out.

Instead of handing her body over to a system that didn’t know her—or really care to—she decided to take responsibility for her own healing. She changed everything. Her food. Her environment. Her mindset. She removed toxins, rebuilt her immune system, prioritized movement, sunlight, detoxification, and asked one simple question over and over again: “Will this heal me, or hurt me?”

What started as a terrifying diagnosis became the reason she finally gave herself permission to change.

Today, Wally is 100% cancer-free, well beyond five years, officially told by her surgeon, “I don’t want to see you in here again.” No chemo. No radiation. Just radical lifestyle change, belief, and the courage to take the pinky path—the road less taken.

This conversation is about ownership. About listening to your body. And about what can happen when you stop outsourcing your health and start rebuilding it from the inside out.

      Let’s get into it.

    • Part 2: How Lifestyle Helped Ronnie Go From Cancer To NED
      Nov 17 2025

When doctors gave Ronnie Campbell just 4–6 months to live, she refused to accept it as her fate. Diagnosed with colon cancer and facing the unthinkable, Ronnie transformed her health through powerful lifestyle changes after receiving conventional treatments — cleaning up her diet, cutting out seed oils, eating local, fasting, and soaking up natures healing benefits.

Her commitment paid off: she’s now living NED (No Evidence of Disease) and sharing her story to inspire others to take control of their health and future.

In this episode, Ronnie and I talk about what truly made the difference, how small daily actions can shift your body toward healing, and why the right lifestyle can be the most powerful medicine.

    • Part 1: Beating the Odds: Jennifer’s 15-Year Journey Past Grade 4 Glioblastoma
      Nov 17 2025

Today’s episode is one you’re going to feel in your bones. Jennifer Dickenson was diagnosed with grade 4 glioblastoma back in 2011 — the kind of diagnosis where doctors start talking in months, not years. She was given 12–18 months to live, and statistically, 95% of people with this cancer don’t make it past that window. But Jennifer? She’s now 15 years out, thriving, medication-free, and still using the same tools that helped her heal in the first place.

In this conversation, we dig into everything — the stress that built up during her career as a lawyer, the symptoms that changed her life overnight, the holistic and alternative methods she explored, the mindset shifts that anchored her, and the 22 tools she now teaches for mind, body, and spirit healing. We talk diet (including her shift away from strict veganism), movement, fasting, gratitude, self-love, and the power of questioning what you’re told. And of course, we dive into her book, “The Case for Hope,” which is exactly what this episode brings: hope, clarity, and real, actionable insight.

If you've ever wondered what it truly takes to defy the odds — this is the episode.

Listen in, get inspired, and start building a body cancer hates.
