Marley Watkins is an expert at business structuring, specificically strategic entity creation to create, build and preserve wealth.
After graduating law school Marley was able to use his past sales experience to work with CT Corporation in an Major Account role. In this role, he was able to manage the entity portfolios of companies with 10 Billion dollars more of revenue. While serving these entities Marley was able to identify that effective entity structuring is the constant among these billion dollar companies.
Marley also saw that this level of structuring was not available to the Non- Fortune 100. Thus Simply Structure, LLC was born. Our goal is to educate and empower small business owners, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals. athletes and entertainers in the power of Multiple LLC structuring.
Marley lives in Brooklyn with his amazing wife and two daughters.
