Listen in to my conversation with Yann and Torben, the founders of Wingback, a SaaS company that helps internet software subscription companies create, modify and deploy pricing plans. After starting Wingback this summer, Yann and Torben realized they needed to quickly grow their team. Normally it takes 2 - 3 months to hire an engineer. They were able to hire 12 people in just a couple of weeks.

They are reimagining how to hire talent by finding employees who are passionate about their work, not necessarily who have the nicest resume. Yann went into discord channels and Reddit threads to find team members and they are very happy with their results.
