Celeste Howell is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate), supervised by Cassandra Rowe, LPC-S. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. Celeste integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches to create safe, nonjudgmental spaces where healing can happen. She is currently accepting new clients and offers virtual sessions.
