Awhile back we did an episode about our favorite beer and knew we'd eventually get around to doing one for Cocktails. There is definitely variety when it comes to beer, but not nearly as much as there is with cocktails. They can be sweet, savory, spicy, tart or any other flavor you can imagine.

As we talk about in this episode, sometimes you crave certain cocktails at different times of the year. And winter is a time we both generally prefer cocktails to beer. Earworms are songs (or small parts of songs) that get stuck in your head and you can't get rid of them. Sometimes they are with you all day, sometimes multiple days. And they eventually start to drive you nuts!

They can come from a variety of sources. The radio, a TV show, a movie, even a commercial. And once they get in your brain it's tough to get them out... until another earworm takes its place.

With this week's episode we're listing the earworm songs that seem to pop up more often then others. In some cases they are songs we actually like, but even your favorite song can make you a little crazy when it gets stuck on a loop in your brain!

We have both travelled extensively around the country, whether for work or fun and have covered just about every corner of the USA So we decided to look back at our favorite places to visit, and list our Mount Rushmore of U.S. Cities.

We cover some of the biggest cities in the country and some smaller ones too. We have mountains, oceans, beaches and lakes. The cities feature amazing food, unique cultures and historical locations. With our lists you can see both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Mount Rushmore of Cool Band Names 😎

We have done a lot of episodes about music including another that involved Band Names. That one specifically was about band names that include an animal in the name. When we made those lists, it didn't really matter how much we liked the band or their music, and this episode is the same way.

For this week's lists we both chose bands that are not among our all time favorites in terms of their music. And one us picked a band he knew very little about. But with all of these we just LOVE their band names. Some are funny, some are a perfect fit with the style of music they play. But in all cases we chose them based solely on the band name - not the music they make.

So as you make your own lists and share them with us keep that in mind. You don't have to like a band's music, to like and appreciate their band name!

We are lovers of loud music. On headphones, in the car, at concerts... you name it. A lifetime of loud music has had an effect on our hearing, but it hasn't forced us to turn it down yet!

Just because a song is a favorite, doesn't mean it's LOUD worthy. Some songs we chose are among our all time favorite songs. But in other cases they are just songs that NEED to be cranked up! And only sound good at a high volume.

If it's too loud... you're too old!

Angie Perkins and Molly Duevel (Mark's wife) joined us to share their favorite Christmas movies too. We had some obvious matches between us that may appear on most people's Mount Rushmore. But there were some surprise picks too.

We spun the wheel of names once again! This time it landed on the name Rick. We have done this twice before, with episodes about our favorite people named Steve and our favorite people named Gary.

When it comes to people named Rick, we went back to the root of the name, which of course is Richard. So anyone with a variation or nickname from Richard was on the table. So that meant Richard, Rick, Ricky, Rich, Richie, Dick and Dicky were all names in play! That gave us lots of choices, and between us we only shared one pick.

We covered music, sports, movies, TV, comedy and more with our selections. What "Ricks" would make YOUR Mount Rushmore?
