So, let’s dive into some trauma drama, since apparently we are addicted to a certain kind of sadness on this podcast 😂 But let’s be honest: we have all been caught up on somebody that we used to know. In that sense, we hope that this discussion can be useful if you’re having a hard time either making a decision to cut someone off, coping with that decision, or coping with being the one cut off (or all three - lucky you!).
