What is the flow of qi/energy?

Qi or chi — pronounced "chee" — is the energy flow that moves throuh the pathways of acupuncture points through the body. These pathways between the points are called meridians, which also supply this Qi to the internal organs in the body.

You may have heard the words "qi" or chi" with regard to acupuncture meridians and alternative medicine. Most of don’t even know how to pronounce the word Qi let alone understand the concept?
