The bible tells us in Matthew 5:37 "All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ anything beyond this comes from the evil one."
If you make commitments you have to honor them, when you don't follow through with what you say it not only effects everyone involved but it also impacts the way you view yourself.
