I want to welcome Paul Bradley to today's episode. Paul grew up wrestling in central Iowa, where he was a 3x finalist and 1x state champion in wrestling, as well as a Fargo National Champion. After high school, he continued his wrestling career at the University of Iowa under Jim Zalesky. We discuss his 5 years at Iowa, the first time he put on the black and gold singlet, and his 2 All-American seasons. Paul went on to have a long MMA career and after retiring, he ended up here in Charlotte, NC coaching for Queens University.
