Time to make the second step to conflict resolution. Step forward in increments to ensure that each stone of the conflict is turned over to expose each link of the conflict!

Hello! Dr. Sanders here. Thanks for being a faithful supporter and tuning in to this program.

Thanks for listening to Soft Power, Hard Peace! As I mentioned, it makes me feel good to be here with you.

I hope everyone is doing well! We made it to the end of the week. I am here to provide information to help with decisions about conflict resolution through mediation.

As always, I am glad this moment was available for us to connect! Time spent here with you all is short, but I try to make each second count. I believe it is good to make each second count, so you know that help is available, even though time is limited here together as we connect.

It is time to move a bit closer and leave the Failures of Grace of Mediation behind. Today, let’s redirect our attention to the next topic, Walking in Faith: A Step Closer Across the Bridge Towards Conflict Resolution. This week’s episode, Walking in Faith: A Step Closer Across the Bridge Towards Conflict Resolution, is designed to help people with conflicts take that second step. I hope that after listening to today’s podcast, someone is empowered to continue forward.

Being in the presence of others with conflict always reminds me of my first step across the bridge alone. In fact, it circles me back with a reflection of looking in the mirror of the past and seeing my very own feet planted on the first steps of the bridge, standing alone before resolving.

That reflection in the mirror reminds me of the insight into how it feels to stand alone at the bottom of the bridge. It drives my desire to be a good Mediator and do the right thing in life by empowering others to face conflict with balance and fairness, that second step towards resolution.

I see many people of different cultural backgrounds and professions with different daily problems. The way individuals face issues in the world has evolved with time. There is a push for Mediators to become more aware of the trends of the various cultures and professions of society, since world problems have changed.
