• Your Mind Is Practicing Failure (And It Feels Real)
    Jan 27 2026

Send me a text! Be part of the show!

Jermaine breaks down why your mind keeps rehearsing worst-case scenarios right before you post, go live, interview, or do anything public. He explains how those mental “disaster movies” create real anxiety in your body, shrink your creativity, and kill consistency. Then he gives a simple reality-check question and a quick posture + breath reset to pull you back into the present so you can act from intention, take the next small step, and create without treating content like a threat.

You keep tweaking instead of posting because you want it perfect. That’s control, and it’s usually shame in a nicer outfit. This episode gives you the real cheat code. Reps first. Confidence later. Use the 10-minute rule, post the draft, and learn from the data.

Happy 2026. In this episode, I read an affirmation card that perfectly matches my current mindset: your thinking + feeling patterns shape your experience of life. I break down what that actually means in real life, how to stop feeding thoughts that don’t serve you, and why a simple system beats motivation every time. I also share my 2026 content plan (videos, shorts, podcast) and why I’m building a weekly accountability space for creators who want consistent progress without the pressure.

  • The Episode That Didn’t Record… So I Recorded This Anyway
    Dec 16 2025

Send me a text! Be part of the show!

I recorded an amazing 27-minute episode about clarity… and found out the audio didn’t record because of a random mute setting in my setup.

Instead of letting that throw me off (or breaking my 127/128-week streak), I hit record again and turned it into a real-time lesson: clarity is your mind responding to what’s happening right now, not old pictures from the past or scary movies about the future.

I also share a simple tool you can use the moment anxiety, anger, or doubt shows up out of nowhere:

Inhale deeply… exhale slowly… and think “release.”
Do it 2–3 times and watch your body come back to the present.

Next week, I’m going deeper on what life looks like when you’re truly free of anger, anxiety, and doubt—so tune in.

If you want help clearing what’s keeping you stuck and showing up as your authentic self, I’m offering Clear & Create (90-minute private session).

  • Why Mindset Shifts Aren’t Enough
    Dec 9 2025

Send me a text! Be part of the show!

In this episode of Uploaded and Unfiltered, Jermaine breaks down the “red sand” metaphor—a simple way to understand why affirmations, therapy, and positive thinking aren’t enough to break creative blocks. If you’ve been procrastinating, battling imposter syndrome, or feeling stuck despite all your self-work, this episode is for you.

He talks about how early, intense unconscious learnings (aka red sand) still control your behavior unless they’re cleared. From childhood shame to fear-based decision-making, Jermaine shares how these invisible programs are running the show—and how his method cuts through the noise so you can create with freedom.

🧠 If you’re tired of piling blue sand on top of red, and ready to clear the root of your stuckness, keep listening.
