  • Truth & Freedom podcast: Becoming Who You Needed — Healing the Past Through Self-Compassion
    Nov 14 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and Freedom Podcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions mostpeople are afraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just another podcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

There’s a version of you — younger, innocent, maybe even scared — who once needed comfort and didn’t getit.
Someone who needed to feel seen, heard, protected, or believed… and didn’t.
And here you are now, older, wiser, stronger — still carrying echoes of that unmet need. Healing isn’t about erasing that pain.
It’s about becoming the person that younger you needed back then. It’s about giving yourself now what you were denied before — patience, compassion, and love without condition.

We often chase people, accomplishments, or validation trying to fill that old void.
We think success, attention, or relationships will finally make us feel “enough.”
But that’s a misunderstanding — no one can fill a space that was built for your own love.
    Only you can do that.............

  • Episode 18th of Truth and Freedom Podcast: Healing the Inner Critic — Turning Self-Doubt into Self-Trust
    Nov 25 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and Freedom Podcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions mostpeople are afraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just another podcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

Today’s topic is one we all face, though most of us face it quietly — the voice inside that tells us we’renot enough.
That inner critic. That whisper that says, “You could’ve done better. You’re falling behind. You’ll never get it right.”

For some, it’s just a faint echo. For others, it’s a constant noise that shapes every decision, every dream, every relationship.

The truth is — we all have that voice.
But few of us ever stop to ask: Whose voice is it really?

Because often, that inner critic isn’t truly ours.
It’s a collection of words we’ve absorbed from others — parents, teachers, peers, or even past failures — all internalized until they became our own self-talk.

And over time, we stopped questioning it.
We started believing it. We mistook self-protection for truth.

  • Episode 17th Truth & Freedom podcast: Boundaries Are Love — Redefining Self-Respect
    Nov 25 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and Freedom Podcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions most people are afraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just another podcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

Today, I want to talk about something that many of us misunderstand — boundaries.

We often think of boundaries as walls, as barriers that push people away. But in reality, boundaries are not aboutdistance; they’re about clarity. They don’t say, “Stay out.” They say, “Here’s how you can stay in my life and still respect who I am.” Boundaries are not punishments — they’re acts of love.
Love for yourself, and respect for the people around you.

When you don’t have boundaries, you live in constant emotional exhaustion.
You say yes when your body screams no. You stay quiet when something hurts you. You give more than you have to give, just to keep the peace.

  • Episode 16th: Truth & Freedom podcast: Letting Go of Control — Trusting the Process
    Nov 20 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and FreedomPodcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions most people are afraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just another podcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

In today’s monologue, I want to talk about something many of us quietly wrestle with — the need to control everything.
We plan, we predict, we micromanage. We want to know how every story will end before we even take the first step.
Because somewhere deep down, we’ve told ourselves that control equals safety. That if we can just manage every variable, no one will hurt us, nothing willsurprise us, and life will finally make sense.

    But the truth?
Control is just another mask for fear. We cling to it because uncertainty feels unbearable.
Yet, life — in its truest, most beautiful form — was never meant to be controlled.
It was meant to be experienced. Letting go of control isn’t about giving up — it’s about loosening the grip on what was never truly ours to hold.

  • Episode 15 Truth & Freedom Podcast: – Emotional Honesty — The Truth Beneath the Mask
    Nov 20 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and Freedom Podcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions most people are afraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just another podcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

In Today’s episode, we’re diving into something that many of us struggle with — being emotionally honest. Not justwith others, but with ourselves.

You see, most of us wear masks — not out of deceit, but out of survival. We’ve learned, over time, that showing too much emotion might be seen as weakness. That being vulnerable could invite rejection, judgment, or pain. So we put on a brave face, a calm voice, a confident posture… even when we’re crumbling inside.

But here’s the thing about masks — they mightprotect you, but they also prevent you from being truly seen.

Emotional honesty is the courage to take thatmask off, to say, “I’m not okay right now.” Or “That hurt me more than I want to admit.” It’s the decision to stop pretending everything’s fine when your heart knows it’s not.

  • Truth & Freedom Podcast- Episode 13: The Quiet Power of Accountability — Taking Ownership Without Shame
    Nov 16 2025

Accountability is one of those words thatmakes people tense up. Because for many, it’s been tied to blame, criticism, or punishment.
But true accountability — real, grounded accountability — isn’t about guilt. It’s about growth.
It’s not about who’s at fault; it’s about who’s ready to evolve. There’s a quiet kind of strength that comesfrom saying, “Yes, I played a part in this — and now I’m choosing to do better.”
That’s not weakness. That’s wisdom. Because you can’t change what you won’t own. We live in a culture that loves to deflect responsibility.
We point fingers, make excuses, and rewrite the story to make ourselves more comfortable.
But the truth is, every time you blame someone else, you hand them your power. You say, “You control how I feel, how I react, and what I become.”

  • Truth & Freedom Podcast: S 1 Ep 11: The Cost of Avoidance — How Hiding Delays Healing
    Nov 14 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and Freedom Podcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions mostpeople are afraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just another podcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

    Avoidance is a quiet thief.
It doesn’t take things all at once — it steals little pieces of your peace, your clarity, your time.
It convinces you that ignoring a problem will make it disappear, when really… it just buries it deeper.
And what’s buried alive doesn’t die — it waits.

We all avoid. We avoid hard conversations.
We avoid looking at our bank accounts, our emotions, our past. We distract ourselves with work, noise, scrolling, food, or busyness — anything that keeps us from sitting with what hurts......

  • Truth & Freedom podcast: S 1 Ep 7: Finding the reason to doubt what is untruthful
    Oct 30 2025

Welcome everyone to Truth and FreedomPodcast, where awakening begins with asking the questions most people areafraid to ask. I’m your host, Dr. Dan Amzallag — and this is not just anotherpodcast. This is a journey into awareness, courage, and truth.

You see, most of us go through life acceptingthings as they are — what we’re told to believe, what we’re told to settle for, what we’re told is “normal.” But what if normal isn’t right for you? What ifthe very path you’re walking was never truly yours, but something inherited —shaped by other people’s expectations, fears, and limitations?

The truth is, freedom begins the moment youstart questioning what feels questionable. When something doesn’t sit right, there’s usually a reason. That uneasy feeling deep inside you — that’s notconfusion, that’s your intuition speaking. But instead of listening, we silenceit. We drown it out with distractions, obligations, or fear of what mighthappen if we dig too deep.

But here’s the thing: real growth neverhappens in comfort. It begins with discomfort — with those moments where youlook at your life and ask, Why am I stuck? Why do I keep hitting the samewall? Why am I afraid to take the next step?

If you’re feeling blocked, that’s your cue topause and reflect — not to judge yourself, but to understand yourself. Ask: What’sreally standing in my way? Because often, it’s not the world holding youback — it’s you. It’s the stories you’ve told yourself for years: “I’m notready.” “I’m not enough.” “Maybe later.”

We all have those narratives that run quietlyin the background, shaping every decision we make. They become our invisiblechains. And until you face them, they control you.

But questioning isn’t rebellion — it’sawareness. It’s the act of reclaiming your power. When you start asking “why,”you open the door to choice. Why do I want this goal? Why am I afraid to fail? Why am I still holding onto pain that no longer serves me?

Once you start being honest with your “whys,”the excuses start to fade. You stop blaming your circumstances, your past, orthe people who didn’t believe in you. Because deep down, you realize the onlything between you and your next chapter is the courage to face yourself.

Fear is natural. It’s part of being human. But fear should never be your steering wheel. It’s meant to warn you, not toparalyze you. Every time you feel fear rise up, remind yourself — it’s just asignal that you’re stepping into new territory. Growth always feelsuncomfortable before it feels right.

So, instead of running from that fear, leaninto it. Ask it what it’s trying to teach you. Because the more you confrontit, the smaller it becomes.

Truth and freedom are two sides of the samecoin. You can’t be free until you’re willing to face your truth — even whenit’s uncomfortable. And your truth isn’t found in what others say or believe;it’s found in your willingness to question, to dig deep, and to listen to whatyour soul has been whispering all along.

So tonight, I want you to ask yourself:

    · What feels off inmy life right now?

    · What have I beenavoiding because it’s easier to make excuses than to take action?

    · And if I weren’tafraid, what would I be doing differently?

Stop waiting for permission to change. Stopwaiting for the perfect timing, the perfect plan, the perfect version ofyourself. Life doesn’t wait. The world moves forward, with or without yourparticipation.

So make today the day you stop justifyingyour limits and start exploring your potential. Question everything thatdoesn’t align with your peace, your purpose, and your truth.

Because when you do, something incrediblehappens — clarity replaces confusion. Courage replaces fear. And freedomreplaces the illusion of being stuck.

You already have the answers inside you. You’ve just been too afraid to ask the right questions.

    This is Truth and Freedom.
And your truth… starts when you finally dare to ask why.
