À propos de ce contenu audio
In this episode, I sit with something I’ve been slowly learning to see in myself — how trauma, prediction, and my inner critic are not separate experiences, but parts of the same protective system.
I reflect on how my nervous system learned to live ahead of life, anticipating pain before it happens, creating futures in my mind and reacting to them as if they’re already real. I talk honestly about how my inner critic developed not as an enemy, but as a guard — stepping in early, judging first, trying to protect me from being hurt again.
This episode isn’t about fixing anything or offering quick answers. It’s a slow, personal exploration of how past experiences shape present reactions, how self-criticism is often rooted in fear, and how presence begins when I stop rehearsing pain that hasn’t arrived.
I share what I’m practicing now — learning to notice prediction without entering it, staying with my body instead of leaving myself, and allowing reality to meet me where it actually is.
This episode is a reflection. A witnessing. A moment of staying.
