In this episode, Toby sits down with Clare Sacco, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 at 25. After undergoing treatment, Clare thought she had conquered it, but in 2023 her cancer returned, this time incurable but treatable. Claire is passionate about raising awareness for incurable cancer, after noticing a gap in support for adults 18-40 facing it. She has founded a charity called Embers to fill that gap, providing information and community to support these young adults who need it most.
