She is the founder of the Relationship Institute of Palm Beach, a private group practice, and she leads the Conscious Relationship Group, a global coaching company offering support to clients worldwide.

Jessica is a certified addiction specialist and Imago couples therapist with advanced training in EMDR, experiential therapy, CBT, and DBT.

    • Sexual Healing After Betrayal, With or Without Your Partner: Reclaiming Pleasure and Fun, Not Just Pain With Guest Interviewer Amanda SEXTEMBER
      Sep 17 2025

Hi, everyone! I’m Amanda. I’m a wife and mom of four, living in Northern Utah. I was very lucky to find Ashlynn early on in my healing journey and to work with her as a client, and now I get to call her one of my best friends. I now facilitate one of Ashlynn’s ‘After Betrayal Women’s Groups,’ which has become one of the best parts of my life. When I’m not on calls or helping women navigate their journeys, I love to hike, and really anything outside honestly, and create memorable experiences with my family. And I like to think I’m a pretty good friend too!

Ashlynn is here with us today to share her own story of betrayal, healing, and the ways she’s reclaimed pleasure, play, and fun along the way. Ashlynn Mitchell is the founder of This is Ashlynn and a guide for women stepping into their next chapter after betrayal, heartbreak, and life transitions. Ashlynn helps women not only heal but reclaim pleasure, joy, and connection along the way. She knows firsthand that healing isn’t just about processing pain it’s about coming home to your full, vibrant self.
