We spend the present replaying the past and rehearsing the future — and wonder why life feels like it's passing us by.
This episode opens a new chapter. After looking inward and then outward, the season now goes deeper — into the territory beneath daily life, starting with the most elemental thing we never stop to examine: time. We unpack three MindSnacks — The Fabric of Time, Once It's Gone, and Good Enough — moving from what time actually is, to why it matters, to how we might finally live inside it.
We start with the genuinely strange physics (time isn't fixed — it bends with speed and gravity), then bring it down to earth: time is the one currency you can never recover, and presence is the only place you can actually spend it. We also take on the obvious objection — isn't "be present" just a coffee-mug cliché that means settle for less? It isn't. "Good enough" isn't giving up; it's recognizing that what's already here carries meaning. And presence isn't the enemy of the future — it's the only place you can act on it.
No lectures. No preaching. Just one small idea at a time, and the space to make it your own.
