The 2023 XFL season is in the books and the Renegades shocked the Defenders for the championship. We'll dive into the title game, but also look at the big picture for the season - what worked and what didn't for the league. We talk season awards and the amazing story of Arlington QB Luis Perez.

We break down the North Division Championship in DC where the Defenders went shields up to sweep the Sea Dragons, winning for a third time powered by a dominant second half. In the South Division the Renegades left the Roughnecks shell-shocked despite being a 7.5 point underdog with only 4 wins all season.

The regular season is over and division championships are set. The Battlehawks had their hearts broken with a busted playoff tie-breaker - despite a magical season finale while the Sea Dragons are in. Arlington sneaks into the postseason to face the Roughnecks and we'll dive into why the Defenders will be upset this week - probably. Maybe. And while we're at it, we'll break down the season finales in week 10 for every game while looking ahead to the offseason.

We dive into the playoff scenarios in the North Division after Seattle surprised St. Louis in the Battle Dome leaving both teams at 6-3 with one spot on the line. DC was stretched to the limit by Arlington, the Brahmas kept their slim post-season chance alive beating Orlando and the Roughnecks' defense and running game bailed out the struggling passing offense in a win against Vegas.

For the first time we saw overtime in the XFL - not once, but twice - as the Battlehawks averted disaster against the Vipers and the Roughnecks clawed their way past the Brahmas to end their losing streak. The Guardians went from penthouse to outhouse with a tough defeat to Arlington after stunning the league 2 weeks ago. Not to be outdone, the Defenders edged the Sea Dragons in a 1-point classic leaving fans sleepless in Seattle (sorry, had to go there).

The DC Defenders are undefeated no more after a stunning 37-6 Orlando Guardians upset. The Sea Dragons are now 5-2 after another win, tied for 2nd in the North Division with the Battlehawks which won again. Meanwhile, the Roughnecks cling to first in the South after a third loss in a row. 

The DC Defenders stayed perfect in a Monday night showcase win over the Roughnecks, improving to 6-0. Is there a QB controversy in Houston? Battlehawks made a business trip to Vegas, the Sea Dragons win their 3rd straight and QB transactions aplenty are afoot! We cover it all and look ahead to Week 7's schedule, too.

Week 5, unofficially nicknamed "Judgement Week" delivered answers to burning questions like can the DC Defenders stay undefeated in a titanic clash with the Battlehawks, what happens when the two top offenses of Roughnecks and Sea Dragons clash; clarity between mirror-image squads the Renegades and Brahmas; and who wins between 0-4 Vegas and Orlando. We dive into each game, talk about what we learned, and look ahead to Week 6.
