I don’t believe I have limitations when it comes to being a leader. I feel the sky is the limit when pressing towards a goal or starting an endeavor. I do believe that there is always room for improvement in my leadership ethos. I have determined that I must put the skills I have to use more, in-order to see where the improvement can be made.
