Bio:
Brigette Davitt is an investor, artist, designer, wife and mother who spent 15 years as an Associate Professor of Design at Edinboro University. While balancing freelance design, community art projects, and developing a student-run regional branding and marketing studio, she purchased  two single family homes and one commercial rental property during her summer breaks. Her passion for real estate, rehabbing and interior design quickly grew. In August 2021 Brigette resigned from her tenured professorship to pursue real estate investing full time, with much credit being owed to mentorship she received through the Women's Real Estate Investors Network (WREIN) and a small mastermind of BRAVE women from all over the country. Her investing strategies span everything from traditional rentals, to designer rehabs, to furnished short and mid term experiences. Her current goals include building her We Buy Homes brand into a trusted household name while combating blight and creating affordable housing in her North Side neighborhood. The 10 year promise - to support local artists and youth art programs by commissioning community murals on every property she owns. She owes her blessings in life to God first and foremost, her parents for encouraging and supporting her dreams, her husband JP and their children Jack (5) and Adeline (3) for making life so much fun, her partner, Mary Verratti for being her biggest cheerleader and greatest ally, and her mentors General T.S Jones, USMC, Shelle Barron, Professor Emeritus, Edinboro University, and Tresa Todd, Founder of the Women's Real Estate Investors Network.

Bio:
Gigi Kinsey is an active Christian, a wife, mother, and proud native Texan.  She has been an entrepreneur since 2000, owning Kinsey Interiors and Remodel and Kinsey Plumbing Service along with her husband, Doug.  Together, they also own New Avenue Properties, a real estate investing firm.  Gigi and Doug had a fantastic surprise in 2011 when their son Levi was born, and Gigi prides herself on putting Levi first and still managing to run an 8 Figure-revenue business portfolio.  

Gigi has committed to empowering women to join in the rehab world of construction, both in standard remodel businesses and in real estate investing.  She wants to take away the fear and the view that remodel and building is all part of a man's world, and replace it with a view to equal opportunity based on ability only.  

Real estate investing is not new to Gigi.  She bought land and designed/general contracted her first home when she was 22 years old.  Since then, she has upgraded multiple homes she's lived in, always selling for profit and moving up.  She has also completed many land sales through the years, and 8 years ago, she and husband Doug bought property and designed their current home.  They handled the general contracting for this home, as well.  

 Gigi likes to share how she increased her income over $200,000 and her net worth over $600,000 in only 12 months using real estate investing as her tool.  All glory is given to God for directing her path and giving her the ability to take this gift and run with it!

Bio:
Kristin Witherspoon comes from a background in the restaurant industry for over 12+ years where she was a GM for several restaurants in the Chicago area. She decided to pivot her career after getting married and having kiddos in order to spend time with family. She launched the Home and Hearth REI wholesaling company as a way to have financial freedom. Currently, Kristin has closed over 30+ wholesale deals and has secured over 3 personal rentals. Home and Hearth business is the catalyst of change that is allowing her to fulfill her dream of owning a 6 figure business. Kristin and her husband Matt reside in northwest Indiana. She has two small children and one on the way! She is due August 14th. They love spending family time together outdoors and traveling.
