Emotions, love them or hate them, express them or suppress them. For years we have been taught to ignore our emotions, that we need to keep a stiff upper lip, that cowboys don't cry, that we should apologise when we express sadness anger or when we cry! In this podcast I debunk all the rubbage around feelings and emotions. I aim to share with you the wonders, the powers and the messages your emotions are sending you. To share the reasons they exist:- to guide you to your purpose, to help you to connect, to keep you safe, and more. So join me and discover the wondrous world of your emotions.Deborah McPhilemy Développement personnel Réussite personnelle

    • How the lack of Self Love can Contribute to Suicidal Thoughts
      Feb 21 2023

The reason it's so hard for some people, children included, to love themselves and why it drives them to thoughts of self harm and suicide. I did go on a bit of a tangent here, but this is a topic so close to my heart. Suicide and self harm does not have to happen if we are raised being taught to, and teach our children to, love themselves. Please reach out if you need to speak to someone, contact one of the organisations in your area or a counsellor or coach near you. If you want to learn how to love yourself and role model it to your children, then consider joining Selfie School - you can find out more about that here https://www.selfieschool.me
