To start this transformational change it's important to accept that who we think we are is not who we are at all. We have to figure out the most complex interconnections of our thoughts and emotions. Understanding the limited belief that has kept us stuck and working to change that belief.
In doing so you find the root cause for an emotion. This not only helps you to understand your own motives or reasoning with every decision but also better control the desired outcome. However we first need to accept that we have not been being ourselves and living, choosing to act based on our past experiences and results. Today we learn that to become who we want to be we have to leave who we are (or who we think we are) behind.
