At 17 years old when he dropped out of high school, you maybe wouldn't have guessed that in the future that Phil Kornachuk would be world class at teaching leadership! Out of high school, Phil joined the Canadian Army, then he joined the U.S. Army and became an officer, then a Ranger, then a Green Beret, and then another classified special operations group. After 12 deployments, some of his accolades are Silver Star(3rd highest award for Valor in combat), Army Commendation Medal with "V" for valor under fire, Bronze Star x5, Meritorious Service Medal, Ranger School, Special Forces School, and more... Not only is that impressive, but he also has a large family of 7 kids, and his wife Tana! He doesn't credit much of his leadership skills to himself, but rather to the people who he had around him that saw potential in him and helped him forge that into fruition. Now that he is retired from the military he runs a company called StoneWater training where they partner with values based leaders to enhance their impact. Mike Hyde, has had nothing short of an eventful life. He married his high school sweet heart who was older than him because "coffee is for closer's". Joking aside, they went through a battle that we wouldn't wish upon our worst enemy when their second son Cash Hyde was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer at only 8 months old. In this episode, we will hear about the battle with cancer, losing everything, and how Cashy's legacy is now a cancer foundation that helps other kid's here in Montana with terminal illnesses. With some major perseverance, and being purposeful in his business. Mike Hyde, is continuing to build the "Cash Hyde Foundation" and equip real estate agents with the knowledge, and systems needed to fund their "big why" all throughout the country.

Logan Manzanares is someone I met at an open house I was hosting back in 2019. He knew a bit more than the average self proclaimed "real estate investor" that I would speak with. At the time he had 4 doors in his portfolio, fast forward to today. He has 10x'd that number and owns a portfolio of 40 doors scattered throughout the country, runs a very successful cleaning company with his wife Katie, and spends a lot of time with his family. He is a leader in several real estate investing communities, and gives away all of his knowledge to help other people. He has become a good friend, and mentor of mine, and he has a ton of value to give to people who want to grow and succeed.
