Jesus Day again... AND the second snow day in a row.
This message was from 2023, but it explains how I understand the mark of faith. In other words, many people use markers which become a moral hazard. I try to reduce that risk while adding a bigger upside to living by faith, Growth.

It's Jesus Day again AND it's a snow day. Because of the weather in this area, I had to cancel services for various reasons.
So, I recorded a sermon from Feb 2018 focusing on an oft quoted verse. I try to give my take on Phil 4:13 and what it may mean for us today.

It's Jesus Day again, Sunday.
The events of the week inspired me to talk about Freedom again. Freedom and Love of Faith.
We are Free in Christ. How do we practice this freedom and how might it help us to navigate the confusing events of the day?

Sunday Jesus Day and it's the first Sunday of the year.
Let's remind ourselves of the importance of keeping track of time, our most valuable resource. Given that it is so vitally important, our priorities are brought into focus.
Let's talk about that in this crazy world of misinformation and lies.

It's New Year's Eve and I thought I would share a sermonette I gave at last year's New Year's Eve Service. At our church, we usher in the new year with prayer, 송구영신예배. It's brief but I liked it when I reread it.

Sunday Jesus Day again. The last Sunday of 2025.
The world and precious metal markets are going kind of crazy as we prepare to say goodbye to 2025. What is going on?
I share some thoughts from the perspective of faith. Everyone is trying to do good for themselves or for others, but we get this instead. Where did people go wrong, what should believers do instead?

Hopefully I have provided some starting points or some food for thought.

It's Sunday which makes it Jesus day. It's Christmas Jesus day as it happens, our church has its Christmas service the Sunday before Christmas day.

Jesus' birth means dramatic change for everyone and in the USA, people generally do not like change. In other words, people say they want the Lord's Rule, but do they really?

To be zealous is not unusual. However, do we know when we have drifted into fanaticism? How can we be Godly if it appears to be fanatical to the very people we are trying to witness to?
