Antaraa was exposed to the development sector from when she was a child. A few internships, jobs, and volunteering opportunities later, she founded Civis, a platform that collates citizen feedback on proposed laws. Michele Grosso started off in corporate insurance. A chance move to Egypt and then Dubai as part of his job enabled him to see the necessity and potential of insurance in emerging markets. Fast forward 6 years, and Michele is now co-founder and CEO of an insurtech that hopes to create social value. Aditi Singh started her career as a corporate lawyer, before pivoting to impact consulting. Now, as an Associate Partner at Dalberg, she's finally found her calling.
