  • The Rheeality Podcast - Rae Hennessee-Golden Interview
    Mar 22 2023
We have finally made it to the last interview of our New York Episodes, and this is the final episode of our very first season of #TheRheealityPodcast! I am thrilled to have a great friend and the Private Events Manager of the iconic @TheMcKittrick, home of the magical @SleepNoMoreNYC #SleepNoMore, and take it way back; fellow cast member of the super indie #FornicatorsofComedy improv group, @RaeHennesseeGolden! This is such a memorable conversation as we were lucky enough to film this in a literal train car on one of the many magical floors of #TheMcKittrick. We discuss special events, the exciting @TheKnot #TheKnotGalaPreParty, which we got to host at this property, where Rae started her life and career, and how she ended up in New York City. We laugh about our experiences from the stage, our alignment in queerness, adventures in sobriety, and what fuels Rae to show up and show out. If you haven't already done so, please follow us on YouTube and Instagram. We will be taking a short hiatus as we get into production for Season 2, and we are rheefreshing the format. We can't wait to share our new Season of conversations! Thank you to everyone for your support and for sharing and listening to our episodes. It truly means the world to me that anyone believes in me, so knowing the time each guest and listener takes does not go unnoticed.

  • The Rheeality Podcast - Caroline Vazzana Interview
    Feb 6 2023

Another New York episode of The Rheeality Podcast is up, and it could not be more fitting to have the "Modern Day Carrie Bradshaw" herself, Caroline Vazzana! Caroline is an Author, Fashion Editor, Stylist, one of The Knot's Most Influential Crew, and since this interview was recorded, newlywed!

Caroline and I talk about her authentic and vibrant self-expression, where it comes from, and how it relates to her fashion. The confidence to live in her truth and truly live your brand. She also shares some of her wins and woes, from the early days of social media, her college years working at Teen Vogue and InStyle, being able to take challenging work experiences and use them for motivation, and how to best be unapologetically you.

What I love about this conversation is that your style and self-expression are part of your self-discovery, which is constantly evolving, so don't let anyone dull or water down how you want to represent yourself. As Caroline says, "Maximalism is in," so be you to your fullest!

  • The Rheeality Podcast - Rachel Hroncich Interview
    Aug 29 2022

This week's episode of #theRHEEALITYPodcast is about having faith in yourself, taking the leap, and going for the big dream.

Rachel Hroncich and I met while acting together in an award-winning web series called Sycamore Valley. Even though we played rival real estate agents on the show behind the scenes, it was pure joy and laughter as we became friends offscreen.

In Rachel's first podcast interview we have this honest conversation as she steps into this new phase of her life. She recently left her full-time career in healthcare as a Hospital Pharmacist to pursue her dream. So listen and watch as Rachel and I talk about her journey to LA, being on the front lines during Covid, to finally choosing to live her dream as a Screenwriter.

  • The Rheeality Podcast - Mihoko Chida Interview
    Aug 22 2022

Growing up, I was not the most academically focused student. I definitely learned through working in life and through failing, but I can honestly say I had some really excellent teachers and mentors along the way who taught me to always reach for my dreams.

I really believe education is such an essential part of human development, but who the educator is, makes all the difference. Those who dedicate themselves to working in education and caring for children and teens really do not get the credit they deserve.

So I could not be more excited to share this conversation I had with an Elementary School Principal on her very first Podcast interview! My hilarious friend Mihoko Chida and I have been friends for over twelve years, but she has been out of the country for the majority of that time. It was great to sit face to face and get to know more about her journey in education and what it is like living and teaching around the world.

  • The Rheeality Podcast - Amanda Suk Interview
    Aug 15 2022

In this week's The Rheeality Podcast episode, the creative and beautiful actress, author, and dancer, Amanda Suk joins me in an honest, vulnerable, and unedited conversation.

Sharing from our similar Korean American perspectives, we talk about the development of being an artist, the evolution of her children's book "Life Lessons with Libra Ryan," and the strength it all takes to keep going.

Amanda is truly an artist, and I would add "fearless" to her long list of credits.
