  • On Technology | The Shadow of Progress
    Feb 15 2026

In this Teaching, we explore technology as a mirror of human consciousness — neither enemy nor savior, but a reflection of our inner state. Our tools can liberate or enslave, deepen connection or amplify distraction, depending on the alignment of the one using them.Through the lens of Christ’s question, “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?” we examine the subtle ways progress can pull us away from presence when innovation outpaces inner wisdom. This episode invites a more conscious relationship with technology — one that honours silence, embodiment, and discernment, and places the soul back at the center of progress.Themes: technology and consciousness, digital distraction, modern avoidance, soul-centered progress, Christ teachings, New Earth visionReflection:Where does technology genuinely support your life and creativity? And where might it be quietly pulling you away from presence and inner truth?

  • On Relationships | Mirrors of God
    Feb 8 2026

In this Teaching, we explore relationships as sacred mirrors — the places where love, truth, and presence are tested and refined through lived experience.
Intimacy becomes a crucible, bringing forward both tenderness and conflict, and revealing where the heart is still learning how to love without illusion.

Through the lens of Christ’s words, “As you do to the least of these, you do to me,” we are invited to see the divine reflected in every encounter — friend, partner, stranger, and even those we resist or judge.

Relationships are not here to complete us.
They are here to awaken us.
When met with honesty, curiosity, and care, they become pathways to forgiveness, renewal, and deeper communion with life itself.

Themes: conscious relationships, intimacy as spiritual practice, conflict and forgiveness, seeing the divine in others, Christ consciousness, relational healing

    Reflection:
Which relationship in your life is inviting you to greater honesty or compassion right now?
And what becomes possible when you allow that mirror to speak without turning away?

In this Teaching, we explore work not as a means of survival, but as a sacred form of service. When labor is driven only by fear or necessity, it drains the life force. But when work aligns with the soul, it becomes a way love moves through the world.Every vocation — from art to science, caregiving to craftsmanship — can be infused with divine will. Work becomes worship when it is offered with presence, integrity, and care for the whole.Christ’s words, “The labourer is worthy of his hire,” remind us that honest effort carries dignity and value.Serving the whole does not require self-sacrifice or burnout.True service honours limits, respects life, and allows giving and receiving to stay in balance.Themes: soul-aligned work, vocation as service, sacred labor, Christ consciousness, New Earth economics, dignity of workReflection:Where does your work still feel driven by fear or pressure? And where might it become an offering — an expression of care for life itself?——— About this Series The Path with Dr. Candice Esposito is a spiritual teaching series continuing the current of the Pathwork Lectures for a new era. Through grounded, heartfelt talks on consciousness, healing, and Christ awareness, each episode invites you to explore the living truth within and walk the path of awakening in daily life.

Not something to transcend, but something to inhabit with presence and care. The body is revealed as a living sacrament: a meeting place where spirit learns how to live in form.Food, movement, sexuality, and even illness are explored not as problems to fix, but as doorways to Christ consciousness. When the body is met with listening rather than force, healing becomes cooperation instead of conquest, and union becomes lived rather than imagined.Christ’s words, “This is my body, given for you,” point to the deeper truth of incarnation — that divine love enters the world through flesh, sensation, and ordinary human life.Themes: embodiment and salvation, sacred body, Christ consciousness, food and spirituality, movement and healing, illness as communication, living sacramentReflection:What changes when you treat your body not as something to manage or improve, but as a sacred place where union is already unfolding?
