    Good afternoon. New Hampshire. I'm DJ Huzz. That peaceful 34 degrees you're feeling right now? Enjoy it. Winter's got one last surprise up its sleeve. In the next 24 hours., A Winter Weather Advisory kicks in at 6 P.M. For southern New Hampshire. Snow, sleet. And freezing rain move in from the south this evening. If you're down south, precipitation starts around 4 P.M. Central New Hampshire gets hit closer to 5 P.M. The White Mountains stay dry until after 9 P.M. Tonight gets messy. Southern and central areas pick up 1 to 3 inches of snow and sleet, plus a light glaze of ice. The mountains see about an inch. The worst of it peaks around 1 A.M. Temperatures drop into the low 20s overnight, with wind chills in the teens. Friday morning's commute looks slick, especially on untreated roads. Snow tapers off by mid-morning, but we stay locked in the low 30s all day. Here's the plot twist. Saturday starts raw with a chance of freezing drizzle. Then a warm front surges through. Sunday we hit 54 degrees. Monday climbs to 59. And Tuesday? A balmy 65 degrees. That's nearly 30 degrees warmer than today and well above normal for early March. Snow develops around 4 P.M. Down south, 5 P.M. In the central areas. The White Mountains stay dry until about 9 P.M. Tonight's the tricky part. Southern New Hampshire gets hit with a wintry mix — snow, sleet, freezing rain — adding up to 1 to 3 inches. You'll drop to 26 degrees. Central areas see similar snow totals with lows around 23. The White Mountains pick up about an inch with temperatures falling to 19. A Winter Weather Advisory kicks in at 6 P.M. Tonight and runs through 1 P.M. Friday for Cheshire. Hillsborough. That's a massive 35-degree swing since dawn. Yesterday gave us just over an inch of snow. Today? Not a cloud in sight. In the next 24 hours. Southern New Hampshire sits at 51 degrees this afternoon under brilliant sunshine. Central New Hampshire matches that warmth at 51. Head up to the White Mountains and you'll still find a very pleasant 50 degrees. Not much wind anywhere. Just a still, sunny March day. But enjoy it. Because tonight the bottom drops out. Clear skies and calm winds let the heat escape fast. Southern New Hampshire falls to 22 degrees. Central areas dip to 21. The mountains hold at 24. That full moon tonight will be shining through partly cloudy skies, but you'll want a heavy coat if you're stepping out. Thursday starts dry with increasing clouds. Highs reach the mid-40s, then temperatures slide through the afternoon. The real story arrives Thursday night. A Winter Weather Advisory kicks in at 7 P.M. For Cheshire and Hillsborough counties.
