276 – Acts Chapter Two

Fourth in the Teaching Series, “Perfect Praise. Prayer, and Worship”

God bless you all abundantly in the most powerful name of all Our Risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A while ago I did a teaching series on the subject of “Perfect, Praise, Prayer, and Worship.”

This is the fourth in the teaching Series: “Perfect, Praise, Prayer, and Worship.” The teaching series explains the worship manifestations so that believers could properly follow the framework of God’s Word for the exhortation, edification, and comfort of the church. The Scriptures say we should excel for the purpose of edifying the church. By properly utilizing these manifestations, we can more effectively operate the gift of the holy spirit. We can be more like Jesus Christ and do the works that Jesus Christ did and greater. We can be more effective witnesses and bring more signs miracles and wonders to the body of believers. We will be able to do all things that Jesus Christ said that we could do if we believed in him. I believe that means to believe in the accomplished works of Jesus Christ. Then with our holy spirit, we can operate it in our lives to be more than super conquerors and live the more abundant life that Jesus Christ came to make available.

272 – Abraham's Example of Believing Part Six

                                    The Prosperous Journey

The podcast continues with this, the last session in the series “Abraham’s Example of Believing, Part Six, The Prosperous Journey.” In life, we need to accomplish many things to have the life we would want. We may want to improve our lives and our lifestyle. We may want to make improvements to our home. We may want to travel. We may want to go to some great Bible events for spiritual nourishment and growth. These things may take some acquiring so that we will have what we need. We may need the money, the time to do it, and other things. We can take all these to God and God will help us to have a prosperous Journey. Here's a prosperous Journey that we can learn some tremendous things about in Genesis chapter 24. The word to be prosperous in some form of prospering is used many times more times in this one chapter than in any other chapter in The Bible. I believe there are lessons here for us on how to have prosperous lives.

271 – Abraham's Example of Believing Part Five

                                     Abraham and His Test

The podcast continues with the series on “Abraham’s Example of Believing, with Part Five, Abraham and His Test.” In life, there are people that have to test their response time in emergencies. When things come up they need to respond quickly and accurately to be good at their jobs. People in positions as first responders, nurses, doctors, firemen, and military personnel. They're trained to be good at their jobs and they are tested all the time to get better at their jobs. They are trained to know how to respond. What about ambassadors for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? They need to be trained also. They need to be the best they can be to be helpful to others in time of need. To give people the answer for the reason that we have a favorable expectation in times of trouble and need. We believe that God can make a way where there is no way. God is the answer.

Abraham was trained to be God's servant and he knew how to respond by believing in God.
