Before I ever guided a sound bath, I sat in one that cracked me wide open. In this episode, I share the story of the session I booked — how the sounds became a bridge to my sister in spirit, and how the practitioner described her in a way that left me with no doubt: sound is real, energy is real, connection is real.
From there I open up about what I’ve learned: how intention tunes our frequency, how fear can scramble the signal, and how the crystalline “third eye” in our brain works like an inner antenna — receiving truths our physical eyes can’t see.
And to complete the circle, I share the irony of breaking my foot right in the middle of my sound healing certification… and how I actually used sound itself as part of my healing journey.
