      Check out Charlie Health!

They are an intensive out patient program that helps with bipolar disorder, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ADHD, and more. They meet online in the safety of your own home via Zoom. I was in the program myself for 3 months and I'm still friends with the people in my group therapy. The program literally changed my life.
