  • What's Your Value Equation?
    Oct 8 2022

It's the last episode in Season Two which has been focused on Owning Your Organizational Life.

In this episode, I share with you the important of being clear about your equation for the value exchange between your employe and you. And if you are a consultant, the same way of thinking applies.

All relationships have an exchange: what you give and what you receive.

I use an example of a team leader with two young children living 45 minutes away from the office. Check out just how clear you can get in what you give and your desired receipt.

    Thank you for listening!
