She identified a community need and connected it to her solution; a clean, safe, certified commercial kitchen where food focused entrepreneurs, often in the difficult startup phase, can build and scale their business. Alamo Kitchens became a force multiplier not only by connecting community members with the infrastructure they lacked, but by introducing them to learning opportunities and valuable partners in the community and beyond.
