À propos de ce contenu audio

Green Butterfly Effect is a deeply personal podcast about resilience, grief, growth, and finding your voice when the world tries to silence it.

Inspired by a nickname given by my grandfather, Green Butterfly symbolizes flight, strength, and the courage to keep going. Life hasn’t been easy bullying, academic struggles, isolation, and feeling underestimated shaped much of my early years. Writing became my refuge, my proof that I mattered, that my story deserved to be heard. Grief is a thread that runs through this journey. It never fully disappears, but it evolves. In the space between pain and peace, we grow. Like a green butterfly, I fly, I fall, and I rise again. I’m Sia Kaur, and this podcast is my truth. Through honest conversations, reflection, and storytelling, Green Butterfly Effect explores what it means to heal, to grow, and to navigate life with strength even when it feels impossible. This is a space for anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or underestimated. If you’re learning how to carry your pain while still choosing to rise, you belong here.

Welcome to the journey. 🦋

    • Green Butterfly Effect: Healing Isn’t Instant ft. Sadie Sutton
      Jan 12 2026

Welcome back to the Green Butterfly Effect Podcast 🤍
In this episode, I’m joined by Sadie Sutton, the host of She Persisted, for a really meaningful conversation about mental health, healing, and what actually works. Sadie opens up about her journey of entering intensive treatment for severe depression and anxiety at just 14 years old, and how those experiences completely changed her understanding of healing. While still in treatment, she started She Persisted to help bridge the gap between evidence-based psychology and what Gen - Z actually has access to. Now a University of Pennsylvania graduate, depression researcher, and future psychologist, Sadie is passionate about turning awareness into action and bringing real, science-backed tools into everyday life. This conversation is a reminder that healing isn’t instant it’s ongoing.
I’m so grateful to have Sadie on the podcast. I hope this episode resonates with you as much as it did with me 🦋
