What is Hypnotherapy? How can it and other healing modalities help you on your pathway? We talk about even the small tools at the beginning of the episode and how they can start you in your own awareness, with meditation, and the breath. Beginning with awareness of one's self, including in meditation, and how meditating doesn't have to always be clearing the mind, but observing it. Sari speaks a bit about how the box breath gets her out of her panic attacks, and Sam speaks about how Heart Rhythm was her introduction to meditation, using breath differently through the elements, Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Moving on in this episode, Sari discusses more on Hypnosis and using it as a Therapy, and the importance of having some sort of therapy in your life as a resource of outside perspective to get you over your hurdles. Hypnosis uses the subconscious mind to create a doorway into beliefs and patterns and helps mold them into more positive behaviors, while achieving lower brain wave states and giving way to neuroplasticity. We also talk about how Dr. Joe Dispenza's work was a catalyst for Hypnosis for Sari and how understanding his work made Hypnotherapy more accessible as a healing modality for her.
