📖 Description: Tiffany Muehlbauer, founder and CEO of Arma Communications and author of The Pool Theory, joins us to reveal why waiting for the "perfect moment" to speak is a brand-killer. With over 20 years helping companies communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority, Tiffany shows leaders how consistent, authentic visibility creates stability, trust, and momentum before a crisis ever hits. From infrastructure to tech, her insights prove that brands who move with intention don't just survive, they thrive. Learn how to stay in motion, stand out, and protect your brand when it matters most. 🔑 Key Takeaways: Visibility is stability: Consistent communication builds trust before it's tested. Stop waiting: Perfection is the enemy of momentum, action creates impact. Proactive vs. reactive: Brands that speak early and often avoid crisis-driven messaging. Integrated strategies matter: Coordinated communication across channels amplifies authority. • The Human Side of Strategy: How Jessica Hartsfield Turns Change Into Momentum
    Feb 23 2026
While Jessica has over 15 years of corporate experience in multiple industries, her greatest skills lie in understanding people. For years she studied groups both in the US and abroad to compile a template for how to create high-functioning teams able to consistently work at their highest and best. She quickly learned during her career that structures matter and teams need the best structure that fits their style and rhythm. One big piece of that is having a robust project management strategy so she studied and became proficient as a project manager professional (PMP). Next, while studying for her master's in Intercultural Relations she fell in love with the topic of change management. She vowed to become an expert in helping as many people as possible become comfortable with change and transition, achieving expertise in this subject, not only with her masters, but also by becoming a Change Management Specialist. Her world travels have taken her to four different continents and in each, she has made it a priority to understand not only the cultural differences between the peoples of the Earth but more importantly, what connects us all. This research, plus her earlier studies helped her create her organizational culture program that helps teams better understand each other, themselves and how best they can reach their shared vision. Change, Culture, and Project management are her favorite topics to talk about - period. In her home life, you can often find her reading, painting, crafting, adventuring, theorizing or playing with her many farm animals. Feb 16 2026
In today's episode, I interview Alison Ver Halen who majored in English and Psychology without realizing she was getting the perfect degree for content marketing. It wasn't until a few years after she graduated, when a family friend asked her to write blog posts for his law firm, that she realized she could make money doing what she loves. Fast forward to today and Alison is still writing blog posts, as well as website landing pages and emails, but also integrates SEO and marketing strategy into the content she writes to give her clients their best chance of attracting, engaging, and converting their ideal clients.
