  • The Double Shame of Money: Money Shame, Scarcity Mindset, and Why You Feel Wrong With It and Without It
    Jun 25 2026

Money can feel like a paradox. Not enough of it can feel like proof you are unworthy. Having it can feel like something you need to hide. In this deeply personal episode of The Femme Cast, I unpack the double bind of financial shame and how it quietly shapes self-worth, ambition, and identity.

I trace the early money beliefs that shaped my inner world for years: that money is hard for me to make, easy for others, and that “nice things” were never meant for people like me. Growing up around contrasting financial realities and inherited beliefs about struggle, morality, and success created a split relationship with money that many people silently carry.

On one side, there is shame for not having enough. On the other, shame for having more. When money gets tied to worthiness or morality, it becomes emotionally loaded. Wanting more can feel wrong. Receiving more can trigger fear of judgment, envy, or rejection. That is the loop that keeps so many people stuck in scarcity, overworking, and self-doubt.

This episode explores what it actually takes to rewrite that pattern. I share how I am actively rebuilding my money mindset by anchoring self-worth independently of income, choosing beliefs that feel believable right now, and slowly shifting money into something neutral rather than a verdict on identity.

I also share a raw career story that brought this all to the surface. After losing stability and rebuilding from a basic entry-level role, I experienced rapid growth, promotions, and increased income. But when success finally arrived, so did imposter syndrome, performance anxiety, and the urge to hide what I was earning. It revealed how deeply financial shame can persist even when external circumstances change.

I also reflect on envy, projection, and the idea that money is not inherently good or bad, but simply a tool. The real shift happens when you stop measuring worth through money and start rebuilding trust in yourself regardless of it.

If you are navigating scarcity mindset, financial healing, or rebuilding confidence around income, this conversation will give you language for what you are feeling and practical ways to start shifting it.

  • You Are Not Your Job, Your Income, or Your Breakup: A Raw Conversation on Self-Worth & Identity Loss
    Jun 23 2026

If you've ever lost a job, watched your savings disappear, gone through a painful breakup, faced debt, or felt like life pulled the rug out from under you, this episode is for you.

In this deeply personal conversation, I'm sharing one of the most profound lessons from my own rebuilding journey: how to find self-love, radical acceptance, and self-worth when everything around you seems to be trying to convince you otherwise.

After years of tying my value to my career, income, relationships, achievements, and external validation, I found myself facing loss after loss and forced to ask a difficult question:

Who am I when all the things I used to measure my worth by are gone?

We dive into the hidden connection between hardship and self-worth, how job loss, financial struggles, divorce, and instability can trigger deep feelings of shame, and why so many of us unconsciously make these experiences mean we're not enough.

I also share my personal experience navigating career loss, financial uncertainty, childhood money shame, and the painful patterns that can follow us for decades if we don't stop and examine the stories we've been carrying.

    Inside this episode, we'll explore:

🎤 Self-love and radical acceptance during life's hardest seasons
🎤 How hardship becomes a story of unworthiness
🎤 Childhood money wounds and repeating financial patterns
🎤 The grief of job loss and identity loss
🎤 Self-forgiveness, inner child healing, and releasing shame
🎤 Why your worth has nothing to do with your income, title, relationship status, or bank account
🎤 A powerful self-worth audit to identify where you're outsourcing your value
🎤 Practical ways to cultivate inner safety, confidence, and resilience
🎤 How to rebuild your life without needing external proof that you're enough

This episode is a reminder that your value is not determined by your circumstances. You are worthy before the success, during the struggle, and long after the setback.

  • Leading With Impact: Why Vulnerability and Fear Are the Gateway to Your Real Influence
    Jun 18 2026

The fastest way to shrink your life is to hide the very thing that could set someone else free.

This episode of The Femme Cast goes deep into vulnerability as a practical skill for impact, not a personality trait. We explore why the parts of yourself you most want to hide are often the exact places your purpose is trying to break through. If you have ever frozen before posting, held back in conversation, or felt your body spike with fear at the thought of being seen, this episode will feel uncomfortably familiar in the best way.

We break down the reality of the vulnerability hangover, that intense emotional wobble that hits after you finally share something real. Whether it is a video, a podcast, or a raw story about your life, the aftermath can feel disorienting. We talk about why that happens, how shame shows up around things like money and self worth, and why naming what you avoid actually loosens its grip.

This conversation also explores alignment and coherence as the real foundation of impact. Not performance. Not ego driven visibility. But the deeper sense of being in sync with what you are here to express. From there, fear of judgment stops being a stop sign and starts becoming a signal pointing directly at your potential.

We also reframe the idea of doing something scary every day into something more sustainable and human. Not giant leaps or forced bravery, but small breadcrumb steps that stretch your visibility over time. The kind of daily action that builds confidence instead of burnout.

Along the way, we touch on authenticity as telling the truth about where you actually are, women’s leadership and feminine intelligence, and why the world is asking for more empathy, intuition, and honest expression right now. We also explore the dentist effect, where anticipation feels heavier than the actual moment of doing the thing, and how that applies directly to being seen.
At the core of it all is a simple framework for impact. Hold the bold vision. Name what is required of you. Take one small step today.

If you have been sitting on a story, a voice, or an idea you are afraid to share, this episode will meet you there.

  • Rebuilding After Everything Falls Apart: Trusting the Breadcrumbs Back to Yourself
    Jun 16 2026

If you're in the middle of rebuilding your life, not because you chose to but because life chose it for you, and you're wondering whether you're doing it "right," this episode is for you.

I've rebuilt my life more than once. But there's a profound difference between choosing to blow your life up on purpose and having life pull the plug for you. One feels exciting and empowering. The other can leave you questioning everything you thought you knew, testing your faith, and forcing you to let go of things you weren't ready to release.

In this deeply personal episode of The Femme Cast, I'm sharing what this season of rebuilding is teaching me about surrender, trust, and finding your way forward when you can't see the full path ahead.

We explore the difference between ego-driven desires and true alignment, and why the things we think we want aren't always the things our soul is calling us toward. I open up about navigating fear, uncertainty, financial pressure, and the vulnerability of starting over when it wasn't your choice.

You'll learn the simple practice that's guided me through every major life transition: the Breadcrumb Method. Instead of obsessing over five-year plans and perfect outcomes, we talk about following one intuitive nudge at a time, allowing life to surprise you with opportunities you couldn't have planned for. It's the very approach that led me to creating a Top 5% podcast long before I knew what was possible.

    Inside this episode, we cover:
🎤 Intentional rebuilds versus forced reinvention
    🎤 Ego versus true alignment
🎤 The Breadcrumb Method for navigating uncertainty
🎤 Leaving room for unexpected opportunities and "magic"
🎤 Practicing blind faith when nothing makes sense on paper
    🎤 The Toe Test for low-pressure decision-making
🎤 How to stop overthinking and build momentum
🎤 Redirecting your energy toward what is already working and lighting you up

If you're standing in the messy middle of a life transition, this conversation is your reminder that clarity doesn't always come before action. Sometimes the next step is enough.

  • The Money Shame Nobody Talks About | My Cycle of Wealth, Loss, and Rebuilding From Scratch
    Jun 9 2026

In this deeply vulnerable episode of The Femme Cast, I share what I have kept private for years. My financial life has not been a straight line of growth, but a repeated swing between abundance and rock bottom. Times of earning and expansion followed by sudden collapse, maxed out credit, living on overdraft, and the quiet fear of not being able to pay rent or even buy gas without panic.

This is not just about money. It is about shame, secrecy, childhood money trauma, and the emotional weight of growing up feeling separate from people who seemed to have everything. It is about learning to perform stability while privately unraveling, and how that performance eventually shapes your relationships, confidence, and sense of safety in the world.

We go into the long shadow of financial humiliation, the survival patterns that carry into adulthood, and the exhausting cycle of curating success while struggling behind the scenes. I also speak honestly about how parts of the personal development world can make this worse by dismissing real survival stress as mindset failure or victim mentality, when basic needs are not met.

At the core of this conversation is one truth. Self worth is the turning point. When money feels unsafe, unstable, or tied to guilt and effort, abundance cannot land in a grounded way. Healing starts by telling the truth, not bypassing it.

In this episode I also share a simple one week practice I am committing to. Stop avoiding the trigger, allow the discomfort to be seen, journal what is underneath, and shift from performance into compassion. This is emotional alchemy, not avoidance.

If you have ever felt trapped in financial cycles, ashamed of your money story, or exhausted by trying to stay positive while things feel unstable, this conversation is for you.

  • The Dark Side of Personal Development | The Billion-Dollar Industry Keeping Women Feeling “Not Enough”
    May 12 2026

I’ve been quietly breaking up with the personal development machine, and this time, I think it’s for good.

In this deeply personal episode of The Femme Cast, I unpack the darker side of the self-help and spiritual industry: the high-vibe performance culture, emotional bypassing, and the billion-dollar cycle that keeps people chasing the next “healed” version of themselves while quietly reinforcing the belief that they’re still not enough.

    We talk about:

🎤 The hidden conditioning inside coaching and spiritual spaces
🎤 Why “doing the work” can turn into an endless fixing loop
🎤 The pressure to package your purpose into promises of money, love, or success
🎤 Fear-based resistance vs. true misalignment
🎤 Burnout, self-trust, and reclaiming your inner authority
🎤 Money wounds, financial fear, and taking your power back
🎤 Women’s empowerment, patriarchal conditioning, and redefining abundance on your own terms
🎤 What happens when you stop being externally led and start becoming internally guided

I also share the moment I realized my work was never meant to fit neatly into the business coaching mold, why I’m stepping away from performative online culture, and how returning to my voice, my story, and my intuition is changing everything.

If you’ve ever felt exhausted from constantly trying to “fix” yourself, if you’ve spent years investing in healing but still feel stuck, or if you’re questioning the narratives you’ve been sold about success, worthiness, abundance, and purpose, this conversation is for you.

  • What If God Is a Woman | The Truth Patriarchy Doesn’t Want You to Hear
    May 5 2026

What if the reason women have been controlled throughout history is because their power has always been patriarchy’s greatest threat.

In this episode of The Femme Cast, we ask a question that challenges spirituality, culture, and power at the root: what if God is a woman. Not as shock value, but as a radical reframing of creation, intuition, and what it means to be human. If God is the creator of life, and women literally create life, what does that say about where feminine power truly sits in the world.

We explore how women carry emotional intelligence, intuition, empathy, and relational awareness that has been consistently dismissed as irrational, and how those same qualities are the ones societies quietly rely on to function. We unpack how patriarchal systems have shaped religion, politics, and cultural narratives in ways that often suppress women’s bodies, choices, and inner knowing.

This conversation goes deeper into dominance orientation, the idea of gaining power by diminishing what is seen as powerful, and how that mindset can show up in systems that control reproduction, rewrite spiritual narratives, and define who gets to be seen as sacred versus dangerous. We also reflect on the stories we inherit about Eve, Lilith, and women’s roles, and how shame has been used to disconnect women from their own guidance.

At its core, this episode is not just theory, it is a lived question of identity and power. If women are not secondary but central to creation itself, what shifts in how we live, choose, and lead.

You will be invited into a practical challenge: move through your life asking, what if God is exactly like me. What would you stop apologizing for. What would you create. What would change if you fully trusted your intuition, voice, and power.

If you are questioning systems, spirituality, or your place in the world, this conversation is for you.

  • Side B | Breaking All The Rules And Saying The Quiet Parts Out Loud, A New Era Of The Femme Cast
    Apr 28 2026

Side B of The Femme Cast is where the polished world of personal development ends and the raw, unfiltered truth begins.

This episode marks a turning point. After a season of loss and grief, and a growing resistance to the pressure to reframe everything into positivity, I am stepping away from the rules of personal development culture and the marketing boxes we are told to fit into.

We explore why women are exhausted by constant positivity, why “health, wealth, love” is not the only language of value, and why the word impact became a personal anchor for something deeper: a ripple effect of truth, voice, and change.

This is a conversation about what it really means to be seen. Not performatively visible, but truly witnessed. We talk about women’s rights, workplace inequality, politics, religion, and the everyday ways women are taught to stay small or stay silent.

Side B is a metaphor for everything we were told not to say out loud. The filler tracks. The raw recordings. The truth that often becomes the most powerful part of the record.

If you have ever felt disconnected from the glossy version of self-improvement, this space is for you.

This is a shift toward honesty, embodiment, and impact that spreads when one woman tells the truth and another realizes she is not alone.
