We will also be talking to subject matter experts about financial engineering and how to connect the dots between the financial world and business development. Our guests will comprise founders entrepreneurs located around the world and from an array of sectors, as well as eminent experts from the financial services industry who have many years’ experience working alongside founders entrepreneurs wanting to scale their companies. Our CEO – Daniel Hansen will feature throughout the episodes and provide his views and tips. But who are we? We are OMNIA Global and we are the dot connectors; we connect the dots between creative founders & entrepreneurs looking to grow an already successful business, and those working in the more conservative world of financing and investment. OMNIA Global is an entrepreneurial family office specialising in alternatives and private to public investments. OMNIA Global exists on the basis of first-generation self-made wealth, and so we search for like-minded fiery souls to invest in and with, while addressing the pitfalls of traditional investment frameworks.

    In our seventh episode of The Dot Connectors, we met with Ömer F. Güven - Co-Founder of Fintalent. Fintalent is what our host describes as a 'no brainer start-up business', as it is an invite-only hiring and collaboration platform for M&A and strategy professionals. In a nutshell, it connects clients to individual investment professionals, who are not only cost effective and available straight away, but also have first-hand experience of an array of deal-types. We spoke to Ömer about generational differences and whether the current model of studying and then spending many years crafting a career in an investment bank will be right for Millennials, but also Gen Zs who are markedly different when it comes to how they function. Ömer also talks about the path that he thinks budding investment professionals should follow in order to gain the right experience, but to ultimately have more balance in their lives. A fascinating discussion between two individuals who have followed very different paths in life.
