À propos de ce contenu audio

A film fandom podcast where two friends share a love of all things horror. Jesse Spitzer and JR Lees come from two very different perspectives and backgrounds but meet in the middle to share new films to each other, offer double feature pairing to listeners, and find common ground in their mutual love of the things that go splat in the night.

We're here to share what we love, not tear it down. If you see a film listed, it's because it's something we want to celebrate.

  • TDMMVI A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
    May 14 2026

This week we pulled out all the stops and booked a guest who's been a part of the show for months but hasn't made an appearance. That's right, it's Jesse's mom, Dawn. Dawn joins us to talk up all things Freddy Krueger, specifically in the OG A Nightmare on Elm Street and his place in 80's horror history.

Keep those eyes open and enjoy!

    May 7 2026

This week we asked our friend Aveya to challenge us with a film to discuss. We were kind of kidding but she took the idea and ran with it, bringing us Olivia Wilde's DON'T WORRY DARLING. Neither Jesse or JR had seen the film so this is the perfect example of what this show is supposed to be.

Thanks and we hope you enjoy!

  • TDMMVI Maximum Overdrive
    May 1 2026

After nearly a year of trying to get our schedules (and lives) to work out, we've finally found a way to get our friend George on the show to discuss why he thinks Maximum Overdrive is a film that knew the assignment and succeeds on every level. Are we over selling it a bit? But yea, but blame it on the contact high from the film. We talk how we first saw Stephen King's directorial debut and why it should be taught in schools across the land.

    Enjoy!
