House Bill 1399 aims to control who you can run for your local county Sheriff, and even threatens to give authority to the Governor's appointees on whether or not you get to keep the Sheriff you already have.This is another bill designed to control law enforcement and ultimately, control the narrative, by Bob Ferguson.
