So I am recording for you what I have experienced and the transformation I have had. I have never felt more like myself. I have never felt more present. And I am so excited to experience more and more benefits in my life because of this.

      I share with you today a story of being present in the moment walking the aisles of Target, following my intuition, and an interaction with a complete stranger.
