The process to get your RE License in California (or anywhere) is about the same for everyone, it's pretty straightforward but COVID made a few aspects more challenging than normal.

During the interview with Kylee, she tells you how she got her license, the timeline for getting it and what she used to pass. After, we discussed what life is like as a new agent now and her plans to make being a Realtor a successful career!

In this epsidoe we give a brief overview of the simple, yet complicated, process of wholesaling real estate. Wholesaling is when you get a property, or land, under contract and then assign that contract to an end buyer for a fee.

While it's a simple concept, there are quite a few steps involved and different ways to go about wholesaling real estate which is why wholesalers charge a fee for their service. Wholesalers can be very valuable to other investors since they essentially do all the ground work to find off-market deals that many investors don't have the time to do.

Hello everyone! In this episode, we talked about the taboo subject no one likes to discuss openly..... debt 😧  Lots of people have it, very few like to talk about it. It's uncomfortable, stressful, and overall not something anyone likes to share.

So in this episode, we tell our story about the mistakes we made that got us 'buried' in debt, and our new budget plan to get us out of it. 

We have always had a budget, but due to not wanting to admit even to ourselves that we had a spending problem, we never tracked every dollar as we should have. But it's never too late to make a change, and already we are on a fast track to being debt-free by HOPEFULLY the end of 2022.
