À propos de ce contenu audio

The Bones of Society started when I realized most of my thoughts were not even mine. They belonged to a society that handed them to me and expected me to carry the weight like it was natural. I wanted things I never chose. I felt sad about goals that were never mine to begin with. So I started pulling everything apart.

I stripped the layers off until all that remained were the bones. The real structure underneath the noise. This podcast comes from that place. A place where I question the beliefs I inherited, the pressures I absorbed, and the roles I stepped into without thinking. Sometimes an edible helps me see it clearer, but the work is the same. I am trying to understand what is actually mine and what was placed on me.

If you have ever felt that same heaviness, this is where we unpack it. This is where we look at the bones.

This episode is about the moment you realize the real world is not outside of you. It is the one inside your mind. Healing does not start with changing your environment or chasing new goals. It starts with sitting in the truth that you are the only person who lives in your thoughts. No one else hears the conversations you have with yourself. No one else carries the fears or the stories you repeat when the room gets quiet.

We Are Truly Alone is not about loneliness. It is about ownership. It is about understanding that nothing in the physical world matters if the world inside your mind is crowded, chaotic, or ignored. In this episode, I talk about what happens when you stop looking at everyone else and finally look inward. What you avoid shows up. What you hide demands attention. What you ignore becomes your real life.
