Melissa and Jared speak to the body and how the society socializes us to be disembodied. We look at the body as something to be ignored or shaped to fit a certain image that really makes the body an enemy. How we learn to listen to what the body has to say is discussed and several examples given. Authenticity without embodiment is performance. The body can hold what arises. The body is where we go to interrupt the ego interpretation or story.
