In today's episode, I'm reflecting on a recent personal milestone—my birthday. This year, it was a serene gathering with my nearest and dearest at a quaint local winery. Today, we're savoring the essence of life's milestones, not just as markers of age, but as portals to new beginnings. Picture this: a serene winery, the clinking of glasses, laughter weaving through the warm air, and a backdrop of majestic mountains—a celebration not just of a birthday, but of rebirth.

It's a moment that transcends the ordinary, where the ambiance isn't just about the food or the wine, but the warmth of family and close friends. This is where my story unfolds, a tale of personal evolution, of overcoming hurdles and embracing the lessons they bring. It's a journey of empowerment, a testament to the fact that growth doesn't stop as the years pass—it only deepens.

Birthdays, to me, are no longer about marking a year older; they've transformed into moments of rebirth and reflection. As I sat there, embraced with love against the backdrop of majestic mountains, I was struck by the realization of just how much I've grown. My path has been filled with many blessings but also strewn with challenges and hard-earned lessons, yet here I am, stronger and more empowered than ever.

And so, I want to impart this wisdom to you, my loves: it's never too late to pivot toward what brings you peace and happiness, to discover your true self, and to heal in every sense. This is about falling in love with who you are, recognizing your worth, and understanding that self-love is the cornerstone of extending love to others.

Now, let's reflect and dive a little deeper. Think about what you want to achieve before you leave this earth. What legacy do you want to leave for your children? What wrongs do you wish you could make right? Do you have unfinished business of any kind? Do you seek closure with a person, place, or thing? Are there unspoken words that finally need to be spoken? Well, I'm here to tell you that it's never too late to do any of these things, my loves.

It's never too late...

- To forgive those who hurt us and to forgive ourselves for the hurt we've caused.

- To drop our egos and open our hearts.

- To stop judging others out of fear and insecurities and become more open-minded.

- To end envy and jealousy and start loving ourselves.

- To stop people-pleasing and start setting healthy boundaries.

- To stop worrying about what others think of you and embrace your authentic self.

- To stop seeking advice from unqualified sources and start trusting your intuition.

- To stop self-sabotage and embrace our true paths.

- To break generational curses for the benefit of our children.

- To end toxic cycles by standing in our power.

- To stop living for others and start living for ourselves.

- To heal past relationship traumas so our future relationships don't suffer.

- To take a chance on true love because we are worthy and deserve it.

Alright, my loves, it's time to welcome change, embrace new chapters, and realize that every day is an opportunity to rewrite your story. I encourage you to seek your paths of fulfillment and to honor your worth.

Remember, it's never too late to start anew—no matter how old we are.

So, what is Divine Timing? It is the understanding that certain events, experiences, and opportunities occur in our lives at precisely the right moment. It is the recognition that the universe has a master plan, orchestrating the events and encounters that align with our highest good and spiritual growth. Cosmic timing operates on the principle that there are no coincidences; instead, there are purposeful synchronicities that lead us toward our soul’s evolution.

As beautiful as all that sounds, I know all the wonderful “control freaks” and “instant gratification” souls might beg to differ.😆 If you know anything about divine timing, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Haha, Divine timing can feel more like divine molasses kickin' our asses, with just how slow sh*t seems to go sometimes, right?! Lol, I know. I feel you. I get it. ❤

However, waiting is important - my loves.

It's a skill that will make life much less painful when we learn it.

And remember, if it is destined for you, it is meant for you.

And what is meant for you will always find its way to you.

And nothing, or nobody, can ever change that.

Because what is written in the stars will always come true...eventually.😉

🦋Today's Episode: "Using Discernment To See Through Illusions"

------------------------------------------------------- Welcome back to my podcast. I hope everyone is doing well and thriving. So, today’s episode will be about using discernment to see through illusions and why it is key to your path. The gift of discernment is the ability to determine what information serves you, what is in alignment with your highest and most excellent sound, and what is not.

As an empath, I tend to see all the good in people. However, now, as an empowered empath, I have come to learn that not all that glitters is gold and that evil truly does exist. In fact, from my many experiences, the most evil is often wrapped in a package of glitter and gold.

If you're not able to discern good from evil, dark from light, it can really throw you for a loop and, even more so, take you down a slippery and dangerous slope. We live in a world of polarity: light and dark, good and evil, and we have an internal guidance system that is supposed to help us discern the difference.

Learning to navigate the world by energy, frequencies, and vibrations, rather than logic, has been a journey for me - after having learned as a child (indirectly) that my emotions were not important. I started to tune them out and suppress them. But your emotions are your guiding system. Without your intuition, you cannot use this guidance system; you were provided with direction, support, and protection as a human being. Failure to honor your spiritual discernment will likely get you into trouble and painful situations. You’ll keep going into rabbit holes that you can’t seem to get yourself out of when, in truth, you probably have the answer and solution - if you would only listen and trust your intuition.

OK, my loves, here is some final advice before I go; remember, three things cannot be long hidden - the sun, the moon, and the truth. So, what’s done in the dark will eventually come to light. With that, always listen to your intuition. Learning to speak the language of energy is probably the most important because energy never lies -people do. And the only person who truly knows you…is you.

In today’s episode, I discuss the importance of being alone during a spiritual awakening. But first, what is a spiritual awakening? It’s a process of transformation where you experience a shift in consciousness. This shift can be gradual or sudden and can happen anytime. It’s often described as “coming home” or “remembering who you are.” When you go through a spiritual awakening, it’s a time when you become aware of your true nature.

Being alone is not the absence of company but the moment when your soul is free to speak to God (The Divine) and yourself - to help you decide what to do with your life.

The world around you may question your choice to walk this path alone, but remember; it is in solitude that you find yourself.

You are not escaping from the world; instead, you are diving deep into the core of your existence, and it's through reflecting on yourself that you'll undergo a powerful change.

This transformation is difficult to achieve when others constantly surround you. So, being alone compels you to journey within yourself. When you are alone, you are forced to seek answers to your problems independently.

Everything must change, my loves - but rest assured it will align with your truest desires.

As you take on your spiritual journey, remember that being alone is not a path of loneliness but a pilgrimage of self-discovery and growth.

Embrace the transformative power of being alone and honor the divine wisdom that unfolds within your soul's sanctuary.

Within this sacred space, you shall find the true essence of your being.
