 Welcome to The Adopted Brothers Podcast! We are brothers-in-law and brothers in Christ. We also happen to both be adopted physically and spiritually (Ephesians 1:5). Our goal is to share stories and conversations that encourage, promote growth, and most of all give glory to our Heavenly Father. We also take an active stance on taking care of orphans, foster kids, and adoptees as this is the only religion that God accepts (James 1:27).       In this powerful Christian testimony, Anne shares her journey through unexpected separation, divorce, and deep personal healing. When her husband suddenly moved out in 2022, Anne chose to be proactive rather than reactive—allowing herself to feel, grieve, and bring every emotion to God. Despite doing “all the right things,” including counseling and intentional reconciliation, their marriage ended in divorce in 2025, where surrender ultimately brought peace and joy.

      Anne opens up about confronting shame, fear, and surrendering control, trusting that God prepares us for what He knows is coming. She also shares how forgiveness brought freedom—from her divorce and from the trauma of being raped in college, which ultimately led her to faith in Christ at age 28.
