With over a decade at Oxford, Chad has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and global presence. Under his leadership, the company implemented a strategic capital recycling initiative, significantly diversifying its portfolio by investing in multiple sectors beyond its traditional office building holdings, including industrial, multifamily, life sciences and credit. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
