The Premier League is back for 2026. It was Michael van Gerwen's night in Newcastle with Mighty Mike winning the night despite not winning a night all of last year. It was a strong opening night with great performances all around including from finalist Gian van Veen who beat Luke Littler. The Pro Tour returned as well with James Wade and Wessel Nijman also picking up titles. While they starred, van den Bergh, van Barneveld and Schindler struggled. Beau Graves stretched her unbeaten run on the Women's series to 113 matches as the Dutch Open was held on the WDF side.
