Today am talking about having more support to help you have the life that you really desire. What is it that you need to put in place? Thinking outside of the box. For me I needed to put the support in place so that I could go on my morning walk daily. This meant that when my kids were little they would come with me in the pram. When they got older it meant me just walking up and down my street. What do you need to put in place as your starting point? What support can help you do that?
