Emily is a true pro…she teaches classes and has founded a tarot society in DC. In episode 8 we talk about one of the ‘scary cards’ the 9 of swords and it’s connection with trauma, anxiety, and agonizing sobriety.

We look at its themes of severing & internalizing, running to doctors vs meditating, the hermit & Native American ‘watchers,’ and the integration that can happen in the middle of the night.
