You are confused.
You look at the models that predicted the last century, the 13 Keys, the Secular Cycles, and they are flashing red errors.
You see Allan Lichtman insisting the Fundamentals favored the incumbent. You see Peter Turchin arguing the cycle has resolved into a Populist victory.
Both are wrong. They are trying to navigate a Digital Hurricane using a paper map.
The old models relied on three assumptions that are no longer true:
Shared Reality: Voters react to objective conditions (GDP, War, Scandal).
Labor Scarcity: Complexity requires human cooperation; therefore, the Elites eventually need the People.
Military Humanity: Soldiers hesitate when ordered to fire on civilians.
The Techno-Feudal Stack has deleted these assumptions.
